Manage Booking from Invitee Side
With iMeetify, managing appointments is simple and flexible — not just for hosts, but also for your invitees. Once an appointment is booked, invitees have the ability to cancel or reschedule directly from their confirmation email.
Appointment Confirmation Email
After an appointment is successfully booked, the invitee will receive a confirmation email that includes:
- Appointment details (date, time, meeting link, etc.)
- Your name and calendar information
- Two action buttons:
- Cancel Appointment
- Reschedule Appointment
Rescheduling an Appointment
Invitees can easily reschedule their appointment if needed:
- Click on the Reschedule Appointment button in the confirmation email.
- They will be redirected to a page showing your available time slots.
- Select a new date and time.
- Confirm the new appointment time.
A new confirmation email will be sent to both parties after rescheduling.
Canceling an Appointment
If the invitee can no longer attend:
- Click on the Cancel Appointment button in the email.
- Confirm the cancellation on the redirected page.
- Both you and the invitee will receive a cancellation confirmation email.
Note: Rescheduling or cancellation may be restricted based on rules set in your Workflow Conditions (e.g., no cancellations allowed within X hours of the meeting).
Important Notes
- These actions are only available if allowed by the host's calendar settings.
- Automated notifications ensure both parties are always updated on changes.
- Invitees do not need an account to manage their bookings.
